The Faircloth Family

It's funny how many friends of mine have little baby boys. I never really noticed it until I started posting photos to my site and I realized, "did any of my friends have girls?" Ahh yes, there was one family that did....the Faircloths. Anyone who knows the Faircloths knows that Jason was completely meant to be the father to a sweet (feisty, shall I add) baby girl. He truly is an amazing dad and his daughter Layla is a lil spitfire (this coming from a self-proclaimed spitfire myself). Layla is the perfect example of a child who is just like their mom and dad and on this particular day she just wasn't interested in being followed by the paparazzi. She just wanted to do her own thing (I love how independent she is!). But alas we were able to get a few shots with the entire fam; including her Aunt Jaime who she absolutely adores and "Pike" her "goggy" (AKA: Spike her puppy). All in all it was a joy capturing the Faircloths. They are one of the closest families to my heart and I just loved watching how much they love each other through my lens. Sorry, I just had to post this one. Anyone with a sense of humor and kids knows that sometimes they just want to be left alone. This is after we tried to take the chalk form Layla. Needless to say...FAIL.
